The simplicity of nature can bring an extra spring in your step; the rays of the sun can add a gentle warmth to your skin, beaming from the bright blue sky that can brighten your mood with ease and grace. Now, how does all this impact the inner part of you, when your external environment is comfortable and satisfying does that easily translate internally?
