March! Feeling into the movement, whether it be your emotions, physical body or your thoughts – they may move rapidly and taking time to reflect, space and be in stillness can be challenging. Everything happens for a reason from your thoughts, words you choose to use, and physical needs and desires that arise. So, cut yourself some slack and honour your journey as a human being in life and give yourself some quiet time to breathe, be still away from distractions, even if only for 5 minutes. Bringing your awareness back to yourself, collecting all parts of yourself from your busy day, is crucial. There’s nothing to give to others when our own cup is empty and might even have a hole in it.
