The growth and expansion of self goes beyond the mental space. When intentions are set to make a change, there’s a deeper conversation to be had with self. Whether you’re consciously aware or not with dialogue of your mind is continually speaking to your bodies (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual etc.). Yet it’s through a deepening of conversation is when awareness expands and a deeper relationship is formed.

How mindful are you of your internal narrative, those voices in your head that you claim to be yours!

I invite you to observe the narrative and expand your awareness of how it’s influencing your physical body. Perhaps it’s displayed by a mild ache, tension or limited movement in parts of your body.
