Being authentic with yourself is the key to self-awareness. Whether you’re happy, sad or just darn right fed up with all the changes. Now is an excellent opportunity to take your temperature, by listening, observing and noticing what YOU want from a situation. What is the inner part of you looking for, self-nurturing or perhaps you’ve done too much self-reflection in isolation or maybe you crave moments to be and watch the clouds drift in the sky. Be kind, gentle and honest with yourself, you matter. A question, when you are authentic with yourself, notice if you are uncomfortable or unsettled in your physical and or your emotional body.
